Justo OK, it is shame in such a nice hotel to not be able to relax.
The facility, location and the friendly staff
The noice and specially the frustration for not be able to receive help from hotel to stop a next room heavy party, hotel found better to change us in the midnight instead of confront that people. Do Not find right to penalize us.
